Hey Lorenz. I just had a quick question about protein/amino acids.
Is it best to take amino acid suppliments only on workout days or every day, say between meals? I've read both things and was wondering what you do.
Also, how much protein do you try to eat at a time. I read that the body can only make use of like 30 grams every 2 hours or so. Has this been true in your experience?

hey bro, not sure about the amino acids. honestly, i've never taken them alone as a supplement. i generally try to take in protein every 3 hours or so and I take in about 30 – 50 grams at a time. at the end of the day i'll have taken in about 300 grams or so.
