Great thoughts! Most times, people take criticism to a personal level because although we are fully aware of our own flaws…it's harder to hear someone else's point of view. Our goal should be to always improve upon our lives and by learning to deal with criticism- whether we apply it to or not, becomes an opportunity to grow.
exactly. it can be hard to do that. the more personal the feedback, the harder it is to not react emotionally – even if you know it's true. makes me think about your post on how sometimes it's better not to tell the truth (http://consistentlyinc.blogspot.com/2009/05/hel…) 🙂
